150 Apartments with Charakter

Parque Mar comprises 150 individually furnished flats.

As our development consists of privately owned flats, each one has been personalised by its respective owner. Some are classic and functional, others have been fully or partially refurbished, and some are particularly comfortable with air conditioning.

This diversity is part of who we are. It is what makes Parque Mar unique and full of life.

Owner-run with passion

Parque Mar is an owner-run resort.

Behind this place are people who have an emotional connection to it: owners, staff, long-standing guests and partners. Together, they form what we like to call the Parque Mar family.

The long-term development of the resort is overseen by a dedicated board of directors, which is regularly elected by the owners.

Our operating company, SEAP, is responsible for day-to-day operations – from lettings and guest services to the upkeep of the resort.

Our Team

For us, the Parque Mar family includes not only owners, long-standing regulars and new guests, but also the people who bring this place to life every day: our team of around 40 staff members.

Many of them have been part of Parque Mar for several decades. They know the resort, the guests and the little special touches that make a stay feel personal. It is precisely this experience, sense of belonging and warmth that you can feel everywhere – at reception, in the restaurant, in housekeeping, in the technical department, in the gardens and in all the areas that work behind the scenes to ensure you feel at home with us.
