At Parque Mar, you won’t be staying in a standard room, but in one of 150 individually furnished apartments, each with its own character. Enjoy the comfort of ‘your own four walls’ even whilst on holiday.
Our apartments are as varied as the people who holiday with us. All apartments have sea views, a fully equipped kitchen, a bath or shower with WC, TV, telephone, garden terrace or balcony, and free high-speed Wi-Fi.
As Parque Mar is an owner-managed complex with private flat ownership, each flat has been individually furnished. Some flats are classic and functional, others have been fully or partially renovated, and some are additionally equipped with air conditioning.
From a simple, rustic studio to a spacious two-level maisonette, you’ll find everything here. You’ll immediately feel at home and comfortable in this new setting. Every studio or flat, every apartment or maisonette offers you the comforts you wouldn’t want to do without, even on holiday. Individually furnished and lovingly brought to life by their owners.
To help you easily find what suits you best, we have divided our apartments into clear categories: Standard, Deluxe and Deluxe Plus.
Standard
Our Standard apartments are simple and functional. They are ideal for guests looking for reliable accommodation in a beautiful location who do not require modern facilities or air conditioning.
Deluxe
Our Deluxe apartments have been fully or partially refurbished. They offer greater comfort, more up-to-date facilities and a pleasant holiday home with its own unique character.
Deluxe Plus
Our Deluxe Plus apartments have been fully or partially refurbished and are also equipped with air conditioning. Ideal if you’re looking for a little extra comfort – especially during the warm summer months.
All apartments have sea views, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom or shower room with toilet, a TV, a telephone, and a cosy garden terrace or sunny balcony. This means you can feel right at home, even whilst on holiday.
We have a modern, high-performance osmosis water treatment system. As a result, the tap water in all apartments is pure drinking water that you can enjoy without any concerns.

Sometimes it’s the little decisions that make a difference.
Under our standard rate, your apartment is cleaned every two days and the towels are changed. With our Eco Rate, however, you’re choosing a more sustainable stay at Parque Mar. During your holiday, you’ll opt out of the regular cleaning service and the changing of towels and bath towels. This saves water, energy and cleaning products.
As a thank you, you’ll receive a 10% discount on the apartment price published on our website.
The Eco Rate applies to stays of 7 days or more and can only be booked directly via our website or by emailing info@parquemar.com.
And if you do require a clean, fresh bed linen or new towels during your stay, you can simply book these services for an additional fee.
