With our Eco Rate, you can actively help reduce environmental impact. By choosing the Eco Rate, you contribute to saving water and energy. This rate includes the waiver of all cleaning services as well as towel and linen changes during your stay, which significantly reduces water and energy consumption.
Guests who choose the Eco Rate receive a 10% discount on the apartment price published on our website for stays between 1 July 2026 and 31 August 2026.
At the same time, we want to ensure that you feel completely comfortable. If you would like cleaning services or a change of bed linen or towels during your stay, you may request these services for an additional fee. A list of optional services can be found here.

The Eco Rate is available for stays of 7 nights or more and can only be booked online via our website or by email at info@parquemar.com. It cannot be combined with other offers (except the early booking discount).
